PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING TO THE SKINPEN AMBASSADOR PROGRAM.

BY VISITING THE SITE, BY CLICKING ON “I AGREE,” “I ACCEPT” OR AN EQUIVALENT MESSAGE, OR BY ACTIVATING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ENGAGE IN OUR “SERVICES” AND YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE WITHOUT MODIFICATION AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT ACTIVATE, VISIT OR USE THE SERVICES.

The Services within the program platforms may enable Ambassadors to submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available (collectively, “Post”) content (“Ambassador Content”) that may or may not be viewable by other users.

If you Post Ambassador Content, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Crown Aesthetics a nonexclusive, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable right to access, view, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, copy, and display such User Content throughout the world in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed.

You grant Crown Aesthetics the right to use the name and other information about you that you submit in connection with such Ambassador Content. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Ambassador Content that you Post; (b) the Ambassador Content you Post is truthful and accurate; and (c) use of the Ambassador Content you Post does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
